Refund policy
Returns & Replacements
At Orvel Premium Essentials, we only offer replacements in the following cases:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong color was sent due to an error on our end.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or Instagram.
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging as proof of the issue.
- Return the item in its original packaging and unused condition within 3 working days of approval.
Please note: Requests reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
Replacement Process
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the correct item.
- No replacement delivery charges will apply if the item was damaged or the wrong color was sent by us.
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to reject replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions.
